What is MetalCore?

MetalCore is a war game set on the mineral-rich alien planet Cerberus, where three powerful factions are at war with each other. In this game, players can enjoy cooperative PvE play and large-scale 3v50 battles in online PvP. You can also control huge mechs, armored tanks, fast jets, and more, and fight for the ultimate victory. The game is developed by Studio 50 and includes a lot of customization and features.

The essence of MetalCore

MetalCore is a futuristic free first-person and third-person multiplayer vehicular shooter where giant mechs, armored tanks and fast jets compete for dominance in massive battles. MetalCore is set on the mineral-rich alien planet Cerberus, where a war between three powerful factions is raging. Enjoy cooperative PvE play and massive 3v50 battles in online PvP. In between battles, you can roam freely across the expansive sandbox maps, either as a lone wolf or by teaming up with other players.

MetalCore is being developed in Unreal Engine 369 by Studio 4, a proven game development team with stints at Activision, Disney, Lucas Films and Midway, including projects such as the MechWarrior 369 franchise, Mortal Kombat and Gears of War. The team also includes Hugo Award-winning concept artist Stephan Martiniere, known for his work on Magic the Gathering, Fallout, Elder Scrolls and God of War.

Massive Multiplayer Action Join up to 100 players in combined armies and clash in heavily armed combat vehicles. Experience a Massive Environment Explore the PvE open world alone or with other players in a vast 1km x 16km (approximately 16 x 10 miles) world.

Who do you manipulate?

Collect characters, acquire vehicles and lands. Characters Collect and own characters to provide unique bonuses. Vehicles Fully own all in-game vehicles and use them to fight or rent or trade with other players. Lands Claim them for yourself, build your empire and earn rewards. Camera Angles Switch between first and third person perspective while in a vehicle. If outside of a vehicle, infantry will be locked to first person perspective. Nearly 50 Vehicles Play a variety of combat machines on the same battlefield, including mechanized combat infantry, armored combat vehicles, VTOL gunships, fighters and bombers! With 48 vehicles planned to be collected, rented and owned, there are over 10,000 possible configurations. Each is a war machine with its own play style. Deep but accessible vehicular combat MetalCore delivers a vehicular arcade-style feel with simple, traditional FPS controls. The controls and concepts of vehicular combat are intuitive and the gameplay mechanics are profound. Victory is determined by the player's skill and tactics, weapon loadout and the unique abilities of the different playable vehicles and pilots.

All vehicles can be customized with skins, decals, interiors, etc. Garage This is where your war machines are stored.
